The process of mediation is to resolve disputes and find balance in the presentation of arguments and finding resolutions through professionals who can see both sides of the matters and fair solutions. We cut through what can be a long, seemingly never-ending legal battle and help clients find resolution. We are confident in our balanced approach and have settled many disputes and saved a great deal of money that would have otherwise been spent fighting in court.

We have built our company to focus on new case resolutions - lawsuits filed within 60 days, as well as more traditional mediation that can help resolve cases without the stress of having to go to court.
Our Story
We realized that our legal experience was of value to clients seeking fair and balanced mediation and arbitrators that had the ability to see the issues from both sides of the legal bench. Much like our practices over the years, we have tried cases from both the plaintiff and defense side of the bench and understand perspectives well and can ascertain the best approach to either helping settle issues together or making decisions in the arbitration process that gives resolutions to the issue without being biased to one side or the other.
