Flat Fee Arrangements
We've developed a mediation practice that presents a flat fee arrangement for cases that have been filed within 60 days of contacting us and booking our services. With these types of cases, it allows everyone to control costs and allow for financial resolution to cases without a long litigation process. Many times, attorneys just know when a case is better for mediation and contact us to help them bring these matters to conclusion fairly.

Within this window, we can also determine whether a half-day or full-day mediation can be used to control costs.
